HOW LONG DOES YOUR SERVICE TAKE TO IMPROVE MY CREDIT?

We cannot guarantee your credit will be improved to the extent that you and Credit Team desire by a certain date. What we can do is inform you how long it has taken to restore previous clients’ credit. You might have the results you desire within the first five weeks. In some cases it takes longer.

At the end of contract, if the client requests, Credit Team will add up each deleted or improved credit listing and will assign a value of $75.00 to each such item. If the client had very few items to begin with, 1-3 fee range, the value to each item will be $99.00. If that total is not greater than the total fees paid by the client, the difference will be refunded. Warranty expires 45 days from end of contract. Warranty is voided if the client does not forward credit reports to Credit Team in a timely manner.

ABOUT CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES

Credit reporting agencies exist to serve the interest of their financial supporters (the creditors) first. They sell information contained in your credit file to potential credit grantors. This information will enable them to determine your ‘credit worthiness.’

There are three major credit reporting agencies: Equifax, Experian and Trans Union. They actively seek negative information on you relating to late payments, bankruptcies, liens, judgments, collections, etc. Inaccurate information might be entered on your report. Negative and inaccurate information can stay on a report for as long as 7 to 10 years. In the case of collections, agencies often sell and resell the account resulting in those negative entries remaining on your credit report for even longer.
